In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with our products there are a number of options open to you. Please choose from the options below to help you decide where best to gain the advice you need. Tech DocsIf we or a developer have discovered an issue with a product that is consistent on the majority of users machines we will publish a technical document with the solution and links to any additional support that is required. We will also publish technical documents to support any installation issues that may be discovered. To access the technical documents click here or use the menu item to the left. Developers' WebsitesAll of our developers maintain informative websites with active forums, help systems and technical documentation. Answers to most issues regarding the operation of a product within the simulator can usually be solved by following advice on the developers website. To access individual developers' websites use the menu item to the left. Downloads - At present this section is empty and has been diasbledEven in the best regulated of design processes errors can creep in that require a software patch to correct. The download section contains links to download any patches that may have been issued for your product. Some developers also like to rework and expand their products after release and make free upgrades available to download. Any such expansions will also be made available via the downloads section. To access the downloads section use the File Library menu item to the left. Help TicketsIf all of the options above completely phase you it is possible to submit a help ticket that will be dealt with either by the Fastline Simulation family or the developer of the product with which you are having a problem.To access the help ticket system use the menu item to the left.
