If you are using a BT or Yahoo email address and place an order please open a support ticket immediately after payment and we will manually issue your download code(s).


I’ve misplaced the file I purchased and would like to download again.

We understand that computer problems or a moments lapse in concentration means you can lose the installation file you have bought and may want to download it again.

Our shop system allows a maximum number of downloads in the seven days after you initially make the purchase and then disables further downloads. If you have misplaced the original file and wish to download it again please open a helpdesk ticket or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and make sure you mention your name, order number and any issues you are experiencing to allow us to reset your download details and assist you.
