With our download only products you will be emailed a download code once your payment has been received and confirmed. If you chose to pay via PayPal this should happen almost instantly, if you chose Nochex the payment has to be manually confirmed, this can take up to 24 hours.

Once you have your code you will need to make sure you have logged into the shop using the same account that you used to purchase the download and then either select ‘Download Order’ from the shop drop-down menu at the top of the page or select ‘Download my Order’ from the shop login panel.
