Demos for stock packs usually include one or two versions of the rolling stock included in the main pack along with a simple scenario to let you give the stock a spin.

Scenario demos are an individual scenario (not included in the full product) to give a taste of the contents of the complete pack.

There's no manual and you can uninstall via the RailWorks package manager.
