If we or a developer have discovered an issue with a product that is consistent on the majority of users machines we will publish a technical document with the solution and links to any additional support that is required. We will also publish technical documents to support any installation issues that may be discovered.

All of our developers maintain informative websites with active forums, help systems and technical documentation. Answers to most issues regarding the operation of a product within the simulator can usually be solved by following advice on the developers website.
Even in the best regulated of design processes errors can creep in that require a software patch to correct. The download section contains links to download any patches that may have been issued for your product.
Some developers also like to rework and expand their products after release and make free upgrades available to download. Any such expansions will also be made available via the downloads section.
The downloads section also contains support files to assist you in further developing or modifying products to your own taste.
