Wow that was a summer! A change of the day job suddenly meant seriously long hours and family time really coming as a rare commodity at times. Subsequently, modelling and development time was non existent and all projects had to go on to ice for a while. It's back to the old routine now and things are making some nice progress again. Those of you who follow the blog or have decided they like us on Facebook will have already realised that stasis ended at the start of last week and steady progress has been made with the 102t tanker with all the major texture work now complete. The model is solidly in game and requires a few more tweaks and with a start being made on the scenario so you can actually make some use of the model! As things stand we're fairly hopeful that the model should see release by the end of the month, but naturally it won't be there until it's ready and we'll do our best to make a big noise once it's ready to go. If you fancy an alternative look at the shape check out our YouTube channel which has just gained a 360 spin of the tanker that's also embedded into the future products page. Some of you may have noticed that we've sneakily added a link to Twitter at the bottom of the page and a few people are already following directly as well as seeing the tweets fed into the Facebook page. The posts can range from the interesting stuff that's actually happening, vented fustrations to the downright banal, Tweeting's not for everyone but you might want to give it ago. Hopefully the article that will knock this one down the page will be a release announcement ..... |
