Oops, what happened to January? That's the short summary of a very busy month. We've been busy batting the tanks wagons and their scenarios back and forth to the testers as we tweak down the last problems and add some final touches. One of the most educational things has been the research and creation of a Bardic tail lamp to hang on the back of the tank wagons and get rid of that naked flame in the oil lamp! The manual for the tanks is just about complete and the installer for the demo version is built and with the testers with the release pack close behind, it should now only be a matter of days until we can decide on a release date. There's even been a bit of time to get the VDA vans into RailWorks and make some more progress unwrapping them ready for baking. Alongside all of this we've been busy expanding the team ready to start production on two (or even three) routes that we'll be announcing very soon. This change of focus has meant some background tweaks to the website and various other systems to aid the building process and collaboration around the group. Naturally most of that is invisible to the general visitor but hopefully the news and future results will please and entertain. Thinking about the routes, we're still on the lookout for some more asset builders to keep a steady flow of items flowing towards the route builders. If you've got some experience of asset creation or general 3d modeling skills and fancy joining the team and earning a bit of cash, please give us a shout via the contact us page. |
